I had a appeal yesterday for dismissal and the decision was announced straight after I don’t think my reasons were considered at all also the manger who did the appeal knows the note taker (who I feel was not neutral) in my disciplinary I feel the process was fixed.
My question is do they tell you outcome on the day or do they write back to you

Hi claiming UC as a couple both over 25 with 2 children aged 8 and 7.
My partner works part time earning £600 per month and I work part time earning £800 I will start working as self employed too so will be earning above the AET I want to know how will my AET be calculated now and how will the MIF apply to us ?
