i’ve been at m and s since november, i got an email about my discount and signed the terms and conditions how do i get my discount now?

doing gap scan, i usually scan about 300-350 gaps, maybe even sometimes 400, and my accuracy numbers sometimes range from 130-200 when the number is this high. My amount of missed scanned gaps are about 40-60, is this a good ratio or i doing something wrong? any tips to get better welcomes
