A 30 year, long suffering Arsenal Fan

I have my old hotmail account and I still use it from time to time, the majority if my subscriptions have been forwarded to my new email, but there’s a specific government email that I can’t change and need to use my old hotmail one for it.

Recently when trying to sign in it’s asking me for my passkey, I scanned the QR code on my phone, but because I don’t use my phone for my old hotmail, nothing is saved in my passwords and I’m not able to access it. I’ve tried desktop, laptop, phone, outlook app etc. and without this passkey, it’s not letting me log in.

Do I have any other options to be able to sign in?
