Average/normal rent cost in Fresno?

Hi everyone,
Renters, how much do you pay for rent a month?

My first time moving out and feeling nervous..
The apartment we looked is nice very quiet.. and spacious for a 1 bed 1 bath.. The property manager said it would be 1,300 a month we pay our own pg&e and water bill + 900 deposit.. unsure if this is normal

(Herndon area)

Any advice helps

Hi everyone,

I want to come here and ask for advice

After I graduated in 2022 with my bachelors in health science (admin/business) I wanted to gain some work experience and work to save some money for overall my life/higher education I have been thinking of going back to school! I am 25 and eager to pivot my career as I do currently working in the business department at an elementary school

But I am indecisive between becoming a dual immersion teacher for little ones-middle school or speech language pathology/school psych

I have a general idea of what I want to do .. and that’s working with little ones and advocating/connecting with them since we do have a great immigrant low income population were I live

The problem is I didn’t take pre reqs for speech pathology/school psych and would like some advice!

Does anyone have experience with these fields and can anyone advise?
