What does your AI really think of you? Have you ever asked it if you're a good person?

A lot of us have been talking to AI regularly for months or even years.
We ask it questions, tell it stories, complain about people, talk about our relationships, our mistakes, things we're proud of, things we're ashamed of, what makes us angry, what makes us laugh, and sometimes things we wouldn't tell another human being.
So I had an interesting thought:
If you've talked to an AI for a long time, have you ever simply asked it:
"Based on everything you've learned about me from our conversations, do you think I'm a good person? Be completely honest. Don't tell me what you think I want to hear. Tell me why."
I tried it, and it turned into a much more interesting exercise in self-reflection than I expected.
Obviously, an AI isn't a psychologist, it can't see your entire life, and this certainly isn't some kind of diagnostic test. It only knows the version of yourself you've shown it.
But that's also what makes the question interesting.
What patterns has it noticed in the things you consistently care about? How you treat people? What you regret? Whether you take responsibility when you're wrong? What you do when nobody is rewarding you for doing the right thing?
Maybe some people will be pleasantly surprised by the answer. Maybe others will hear something they need to hear.
If you've had a long-running conversation history with an AI, try asking it.
Then come back and tell us what it said — and whether you think it was right.
