How many of you doing ecommerce and using DHL have been able to successfully receive returns from international customers without paying additional fees? I'm trying to accept returns from places like UK and Europe and they are to be returned to Canada (where they also shipped from originally).

Hey guys, I’m wondering if anyone else is dealing with issues where DHL is requesting the customers SSN number for delivery to the USA?

I’m shipping from Canada to the USA. My package was below the $2500 I see it’s usually requested for so not sure why that is happening.

But my customers always refuse and then I need to pay to ship it back so I’m out like $100 per shipment.
