I took 2 phentermine 37.5 mg around 3:00 today. I had taken 30 mg of adderrall at 11:30 am. I ate a light lunch at that time. Not long after taking the diet pills my stomach started hurting so bad. It’s around my belly button area. It’s a dull achy cramp. I took tums and gas x and Prilosec and famotodine. It’s still cramping. It almost feels like I need to poop but I can’t. I was able to eat supper.
