Day 44 and I’m wanting to quit soooooo bad. I know this isn’t a weight loss program but I really was hoping 75 hard would get me out of my weight loss plateau. I’m only down 2 lbs and I’m in my luteal phase once again and pushing through is so hard. I’m screaming for a rest day! I am thinking of switching from weight training 6 days a week to just three day and doing cardio and yoga the other days. Any women here that have completed 75 hard and can give me tricks to get through this phase of my cycle during the program?

18 day

hi everyone! I’m a 33 yr old mom of three.. the second picture is when I restarted my fitness journey 2 years ago.. (186lbs) the first picture is my day one of 75 hard vs day 18 of 75 hard(currently at 160) I decided to do the 75 hard challenge because I felt I needed the extra push to get me out of my plateau.. & because I wanted the mental challenge.. I’m not really sure if I want to lose more weight per say.. but I definitely want to tone my stomach more and grow my glutes.. I’m just curious what all of you think of my progress so far and I’d love any tips or pointers because there is so much conflicting “advice” on the internet.

(fyi: I only workout at home & don’t track calories I just watch portion sizes and do not eat after dinner anymore, so I fast anywhere between 12-14 hours a night.) originally my goal was 140/145 lbs.
