Fed to KPMG?

Hey all, just looking for some advice. Currently a civilian for the feds for about 5 years working in DF. I’ve been interviewing with KPMG as a senior associate in forensic technology. I’m wondering if anyone has any experience working with them and if you guys think it’s a good idea to switch or stay? My biggest issue is pay and growth. My pay will be close to 120k if I stay with my raise next year. But if I go I would imagine I would hopefully be making much more than that.

I’m just tired of office drama and having my hands tied on what I can and can’t do.

Uber charge months later

I ordered a wireless charger using Uber Eats for delivery. Once I received it I realized it didn’t work on the device I had to went into my app and begin the return process. I couldn’t find the return barcode so after going back and forth with uber chat for a while, I was finally able to get the actual barcode number of the receipt.

I took this to target, the original merchant, and returned the item and was credited on my card. That was all in March. Now fast forward months later, I am using the uber app to book a ride and had updated my credit card info and noticed that I had a charge for $47.55 on my statement. The exact amount for the item I had returned months prior.

I reached out to uber chat again and the first customer service person asked me for an image of the item. Yes, the item I had returned….. why would I have an image of an item I returned? She disconnects the chat and I reconnect with someone else who looks into it a bit more. She asks me for proof of the return. All I had is my credit card statement with the credit and the barcode that uber had sent me. I don’t keep the target return receipt since it had been months. Now this customer service agent is telling me there’s nothing they can do without a receipt from about 3 months ago.

I have no idea what to do now. It’s extremely frustrating having to go through Ubers loops. Really shows you what a scam all of this is. I don’t think I’ll use uber after this experience. I really thought they would be better go work with.
