I have made it to level 12 towards the end of act 2. I am using the level 20 mod, and I'm using dread overlord.

There's a journal entry telling me to read the libor mortis, I have found all the totems at this time and I believe all the corrupted items. Do I need to be in act 3 to trigger The next step?

1100 hours into and multiple honor mode completions ..and I just found that the undead kua toa area past the morgue, leads right next to the mausoleum....
