Hello all, I would like some advice and help in translating the following phrase into Ukrainian:

"May you forever enjoy the joys of reading, my dear friend"

It is for a gift I'm giving to an old friend of mine and I don't want to use Google translate since it often comes across as bookish/formal or even archaic.

I would also be very obliged if someone can direct me to any resources that would help in formulating a translation that is not formal and has some guidance with respect to the grammar.

Hello all, I would really appreciate any advice from veteran hikers who have hiked this trek regarding fitness requirements. I'm thinking of doing it around nov before winter really sets in. I have done some low altitude trekking in the southern states of India, but have no experience with higher altitudes of the Himalayas. I was primarily thinking of keeping my exercise regime focused on low intensity endurance cardio and lower body weight training. Would really appreciate any advice regarding the trail, your own experience, any recommendations for stays or agencies, along with any gear recommendations and advice in general.
