How do you hit 2,500 kcal a day on a raw vegan diet without eating 10 bananas? 😂
Hi everyone!
I’m transitioning to a raw vegan diet, I’m already skinny, so I really need some advice.
My goal is to eat around 2,500 kcal per day, but I’m struggling to reach that eating maximum five bananas every day. (This is the maximum for me) 😂
What are your favorite high-calorie raw vegan foods or meals? I’d love ideas that are nutrient-dense and not just fruit.
Any tips from people who have successfully maintained a high-calorie raw vegan lifestyle would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
