Hi Y'all!

I am planning to do the Camino de Santiago during December-January. What type of waterproof hiking pants, shoes, and waterproof rain jackets do y'all recommend? I'm walking the 100km, but I heard that it can be very rainy and obviously cold.

I am willing to splurge on a rain jacket and shoes. However, I would prefer budget-friendly options. I am on the petite side for hiking pants.
