Requesting Help finding a lost "Piece" of music.

Years ago, a choir I was in performed a piece of music called "Piece". It's an SATB song that describes singing with sheet music and the funny things that can happen in a choir performance. I can't remember everything about the song but here are some of the parts I do remember:

"Tenors enter early...then they enter in their proper place. We are at their mercy"

"Then a section...with...rests...one must be so careful...not to fall into the rest."

"Pushing inexorably towards a cadence in B-minor at the page turn (page turn)"

It's a pretty silly song but I cannot seem to find any evidence of it online. I have searched IMSLP and ChoralWiki but did not have any luck. If anyone has an idea of where I might find this hidden gem, I would be so grateful. I performed this in Alberta, Canada in 2003 for a reference of era and region.
