We live in Atlanta but am hoping to come and just people watch everyone in their costumes.

Can we sit in the lobby of one of the hotels to do that or do we need to buy a ticket?

Also for the vendors - is that open to all or do we need to have a ticket?

Happy to buy a one day pass if needed.
