Looking for a Business/Marketing Partner to Build an AI Engineering Studio Together
Hey everyone,
I'm looking for someone interested in partnering with me to build an AI/software engineering business together.
I currently have the technical side covered. I’m an engineer with 8+ years of hands-on experience across software architecture, AI systems, automation, full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems. I also already have a small team of engineers I can work with when projects require more capacity.
I'm currently building an AI engineering studio focused on things like:
- AI automation & intelligent workflows
- AI agents and multi-agent systems
- RAG / knowledge systems
- Internal tools and enterprise platforms
- Cloud infrastructure & system architecture
- AI-native products
We've already built and worked on a number of real systems and have a portfolio/case studies to show for it.
What I'm looking for:
Someone who is stronger on the business and growth side than I am — marketing, sales, outreach, client relationships, partnerships, business development, positioning, etc.
You don't necessarily need to be an expert in everything. I'm much more interested in someone who is proactive, willing to learn, and genuinely wants to build something rather than just looking for a job.
The biggest reason I'm looking for a partner isn't even purely about skills.
It's motivation.
Building a company alone can be pretty damn difficult. I want someone where we can push each other, keep each other accountable, celebrate wins together, and pick each other up when things aren't moving.
I'd handle the technology, architecture, delivery, and engineering team.
You'd ideally take ownership of business development, marketing, sales, and growth.
We'd figure out the exact responsibilities and structure together.
I'm not looking for an employee or someone to work under me. I'm looking for an actual partner where we're both invested in building the business.
