Guys I am to stop consuming sugar from tmrw on... No chai, no sip-up, no pepsi, no nothing. Just water. 🧘 Idk...just wanted to make a statement here.

I used to hate coca cola , pepsi kinda stuff for how harsh they felt when poured into mouth. Kind of a burning sensation. But. Recently I gave a try to zero sugar versions of coke and pepsi...damn it's much better. It still does have that burni-ness??? But faaar lesser. Actually currently, I buy it every now and then. It goes well with spicy food.
