I have done Treasury Direct redemption several times in the linked Fidelity account. Now when I use the same account for redemption I get the error: The following error(s) have occurred:

• The bank account you selected has a return code that stops redemptions. Please select a different bank and click Submit

So do you know anything about this on your end?
