Hi everyone,

In the first half of August, I’ll be walking the Portuguese Camino de Santiago, starting from Vigo, passing through Santiago, and ending in Finisterre. It will be a total of 10 days of walking, covering around 184 km.

Do you have any advice on what I should bring with me, especially in terms of clothes and equipment? I’m a little worried about the temperatures.

Also, is there any kind of training you would recommend? I’m used to doing one-day treks of around 30 km, but I’ve never walked several days in a row. I want to make sure I’m in good physical shape before starting.
