Improving ankle dorsiflexion

Improving ankle dorsiflexion

Had some really good results with my back against the sofa, slowly bringing my feet in day by day to improve ankle dorsiflexion.

Sub clean up - relatively complete

It's been busy since I've started moderating this sub but I think we're finally in a position of SFW stretching, the healing has begun!

Tons of bans and plenty of content removed, please remember to report any post/comments that don't align with the new rules.

Been years since I've hit a bag, rip me apart boys

Fyi I almost died after this, I'm about 15kg to heavy 😂

▲ 272 r/tattoos

My sleeves, left is 4 years old, right was finished last year.

Both done by c.fostertattoos (IG) the tattoo garden, Stockport UK.

I have a colour one on my upper arm done elsewhere, I don't regret it per say but I wish I met my artist before I got this one done.

Currently working on the front of my shoulders, flowing over my traps onto the back

Terrible ankle dorsiflexion

Been trying hard to improve my ankle dorsiflexion so I can pull off a pistol squat.

I've started sitting like this every night for a while, seems to be helping. I can fully deep squat with my toes pointed out easily, pointing forward is just impossible for me.

Does anyone have any experience in improving ankle dorsiflexion?

Moderator application - recruiting

Looking for somebody to help me moderate.

Please familiarise yourself with the rules I've implemented and see if we agree.

Ideally looking for somebody in a different timezone than myself (BST) to cover the entire day.

About you

Passionate about stretching/flexibility.

Ideally also post in stretching based subs.

Knowledgeable about stretching is a plus but not a must.

Recently been approved to moderate r/stretching

Hello,

Me and two others have recently been approved to moderate r/stretching. I've already cleaned up the sub and gone through every single mail and report, introduced new rules etc etc.

I've had radio silence from the other moderators, how do I go about removing them and advertising for a new active moderator?

New mods, new rules.

New mods have been approved for this sub Reddit.

I've introduced some new rules to hopefully clean this place up a bit 😊
