Best solution to remove small dent? On driver side right under door handle diy ? Or too many special tools?

Goodmoring and happy mother day to all the mothers out there! Was wondering if anything could help me reset this HALSEY TAYLOR drinking fountain?? I have been successful at finding the reset on couple other ones but this one’s reset button has been removed completely and I need to basically plug it back into the controller I just can’t see. To find the access to the controller panel. Any way to remove the face of this? It’s recessed into the wall not like the normal ones that you take the two screws at the top and hit the reset. Going to try and recycle the power to it but hopefully somebody has had some experience with these fountains. Appreciate any help have a wonderful day 🤘🏼
