Is it socially acceptable to reach out to ex colleagues just to chat to them and be friends?
Never had many friends but have been fond of some people I used to work with. Many people seem to be in the mindset of not wanting to know you once you leave the job though it seems? Curious about the perspective of others and whether or not it would be very unprofessional to shoot former colleagues a LinkedIn message purely to chat to them.
