For those who battled with rebound conjestion for years . Was stuffy ears a problem? I’m scared I won’t ever heal and will have to put up with this forever. Which I don’t mind with the helps of strips but I’m scared stuffy ears will be a problem . Help please
Used afrin daily since fall 2022. Decided to do one nostril method. For the first 9 days I saw I didn’t need the spray as much. Then on day 10 I saw I didn’t need it at all for both nostrils. So left nostril has been off afrin for 16 days and the right one has been off it for 8 days. However my nose still gets stuffy then it clears a bit then stuffy again. What’s going on? Help please
Hi all. So I was using afrin every day since fall 2022. I decided to do the one nostril method. For the first 9 days I noticed I didn’t need to spray as much. Then I saw I didn’t need to spray for 24 hours. Now on day 14 I haven’t sprayed since day 9. However I still need the Flonase to help with inflammation. Yesterday tho my nostrils closed and didn’t open until overnight when I went to sleep. I wa scared but relived they opened again. Is this a sign of improvement? What was yesterday’s sudden conjestion that couldn’t be helped all about? Help
