Sorry for the wait, but here's day 3 of Neuraxposting. Tangelo is relaxing on the beach. I couldn't get the paint bucket to work against the sand, so just pretend he's filled in.

Has anyone noticed just how inconsistent the Neurax Worm's design has been?

In the stages of infection photo in Plague Inc mobile, we see that the Neurax Worm has bright orange skin, white tusks, small orange spikes and its tendrils branch in many different places.

The Neurax Worm icon has largely the same design, but the spikes are missing and the tusks have this small pointy thing sticking out from them.

The model used in Plague Inc. Evolved is a uniform deep orange with no other colours, fewer and duller spikes, smaller tusks and it has more tendrils, but they branch very little, or not at all.

The plush has those same dulled spikes on the top, but the bottom spikes are red and split. Its tusks and tendrils are also red. It has eyes with huge black pupils and orange irises.

The one in the Santa's Little Helper icon (who is apparently named Neurie) has sharp spikes again, but they're white. He also has a pale orange belly and for some reason, no tendrils at all? Also back to no eyes lol.

The emoji has big white eyes with small black pupils, pale yellow tusks and again, no tendrils for whatever reason.

Now, finally - a fan made design but still, my own Neurax Worm named Tangelo. I based his design off the mobile design, but with a few changes. Firstly, he has eyes. Small, shiny, black and round. They're closed and teary here, but you get what I mean. Secondly, his tendrils are a more vermillion colour. This was to make them stand out and be visible against the rest of his body. Thirdly, it may seem like his spikes are a dark orange/brown, but that's just the shading. They're actually a bright orange just like the rest of his body.

Also, unrelated but last night I had a dream where the wiki said the Neurax Worm was green.

So uh, my house was nearly stuck by lightning last night so I drew Tangelo having a near miss himself.
