
How are you handling the full localization workflow?
I have been localizing an iOS app I built, and the translation itself ended up being only one part of the work.
The messy part was keeping the other language assets together: UI strings, app metadata, voice files, naming, and a package that is actually usable for the next release.
I am working on a small tool around that workflow. It takes approved source content, uses DeepL for translation and ElevenLabs for TTS when needed, then outputs the selected language assets.
It does not need repo access or touch runtime code.
For people who do this professionally: is the handoff and packaging side of localization a real pain point, or is this mostly a problem I created for myself?
