500 feet crossing 4 driveways
My neighbor lost their GFiber service. Based on past experience, the company has at best a loose understanding where their underground equipment is located in our neighborhood. The repair tech ran a new line which runs from the yard of our other neighbor, around our corner lot to the yard in question, crossing four driveways. The neighbor on the other side of the impacted house also has GFiber service. Seems highly likely that the repair tech didn’t put much effort into locating the closest connection point and instead just got it done, knowing someone else would get to spend a few days burying the line and tearing up our yard. Any ideas on how to get ahold of someone at GFiber willing and able to sort this out? The online chat and call center employees suck the life out of me.
