I am in negotiation with Porsche of North America on a ‘24 Cayenne S with electronic issues. After 7 attempts to fix it, Porsche has admitted it’s a lemon and now I am in negotiation for the buy back. I am in Maryland and the Usage Formula in the state law does not appear to have a defined usage cost formula for either the Mileage at First Repair attempt, or the Current Mileage. Most references I pull say it’s the Mileage at First Repair attempt, but Porsche’s consultant who manages their buy backs says no, it is Current Mileage. They also will not divulge the source of that calculation. Has anyone completed a Lemon Law Buy Back in Maryland where the formula for Usage was used? Location: Maryland
