Was flying today and noticed the props hit the balance lead. Any way to fix this?

Hey yall

I recently got a Garmin Venu 3 and ive been using it for 3-4 months and i noticed recently that when I complete an activity with gps enabled. Like a run or bike the elevation chart is completely messed up. Like it either sits at 0 or jumps to ridiculously high numbers and comes back to 0 and stays there. Ive cleaned the back of watch with a soft toothbrush and water. And no fix. The altitude is measured through the barometer and my watch says my elevation is -2219 meters which obviously is not true. Ive reset my watch and cleaned it again but to no avail. Ive also tried to calibrate it used gos and setting it manually but it just shows -2219 as the elevation.

Has this happened to anyone else and how did you fix it and does anyone know anything to help.
