Any idea how to fix this? I’ve closed game, restarted my console, and reset my internet and nothing works

I even went in and completed the challenge before it to see if clicking next challenge would work and it just sits on the loading banner

Platinum bundle

Did they remove the 11,900 point platinum bundles?? I like to stack coins early in the years so I can just buy the elite end game tier cards. I bought 2 when the game dropped on early access, been looking the past 2-3 days to get another 2 but I don’t see them at all

Heisman abilities

EA is ruining CUT and just turning it into Madden with these Heisman abilities, I think having it as something you get to from platinum if the play performs well in game is fine, but just having it stock and hiding it behind a token upgrade is going to lead to them putting it into future games sooner and sooner, and how much do you wanna bet they’ll be putting another upgrade token in the store for $25 like in Madden. It’s the XFACTOR problem in MUT all over again

How long is it gonna take EA to fix this for me?

Used the points I already paid for to buy a pack and it dashboarded my console, loaded back up with the points missing and no packs available to open and I can’t open anything else 🤦🏻‍♂️
