My mother-in-law’s car needs new front brakes and most likely discs. Anyone have any recommendations for a good garage? She was going to take it to the dealership but I know they’d charge her 3 times what it should cost.
Any shorter riders on a medium LTe? I’m 170cm with a 76cm inseam, I currently own a small SB140 and 160 that I run with a 50mm stem. There’s a shop that’s about 5 hours from me that has a few mediums that are on sale for £2500 off, I’m debating buying one and running a 32mm stem to shorten the reach a bit. Should I go for it or would I be better off just looking for a small?
My wife has a job offer in Porto, she’s British and I’m American. She has a meeting with HR next Monday to go over the contract, the company will be providing an immigration solicitor to handle the visas for our family. We’ve been living in the UK for almost 6 years now, I have settled status here and a pending citizenship application.
I’ve started doing research so I could get a head start on the paperwork, I know that I’ll need a FBI criminal history check and that needs an Apostille. The part that gets confusing is I’m finding some sources saying I need a criminal check from every country I’ve lived in for more than a year and other sources saying I only need one from every country where I’ve lived for more than a year in the past 5 years. It’s a difference of 15 countries vs 1 so I’m trying to figure out which is correct.
