Hey all, just wanted to share this. My boss approached me today and asked if I’d be interested in any old PlayStation games. Said he was going to just throw them away. I said absolutely. He dropped them off and this was the collection. All games are in amazing condition with not scratches on the case or games themselves. All manuals and a box to store them included..got some heat??
I got a PS5 disc edition for free yesterday. The person had taken it apart and when they put it back together it would only boot in safe mode. The console required an update but it kept failing. Showing the error code above. After some looking around this error code was related to the Disc Drive not receiving communication. I checked the ribbon cable to the disc drive and it was fully seated on both sides BUT the side that plugged into the disc drive had some white dust or corrosion on it. I scratched it off with my fingernail and retried the update and it was fixed! Just wanted to share my experience in case someone else had a similar situation. Might save you some cash!
I have wired Wii drums I set up on clone hero. I can’t hit the cymbal notes since it doesn’t not have cymbals. I am on regular drums not the 5 track drums. Any way to replace cymbal notes as regular notes or another solution?
