I have the OEM M chain 12,000 miles. I wanna change the sprocket and chain for peace of mind, it has a tight spot in the chain-

Im going for the DID 525 ZVMX2 + JT 17t. I just need to know what rear sprocket to get. 45/ or 46. I am yet to BT MOTO tune the bike to open up the middle range. Bike already has top range but the 46t can give low range. While 45 is oem feel I believe based on research. I do alot of highway miles, whats best? T i a.

I cant seem to find a exact answer online. Is it just one bolt, i see a plastic notch to the left of the main hole but idk what goes on it
