Masterworks investors: Has anyone explored a class action or spoken with a securities attorney?

I invested through Masterworks, and I’m concerned about how the investments are structured and what investors can realistically recover. The upfront payment to Masterworks, ongoing share dilution for management fees, its share of any profits, and the difficulty of selling shares all deserve closer scrutiny.

I’m looking to connect with other investors who have similar concerns. Has anyone already spoken with a securities attorney or started organizing a group of investors? If there’s an existing effort, I’d like to learn about it. Otherwise, I’d be interested in comparing offering documents, sales representations, account statements, and experiences trying to sell.

RKLB investors: How are you thinking about Neutron, and what outcome do you think is most likely?

I’ve been looking more closely at RKLB after the recent correction, and it seems like a significant part of the long-term thesis and current valuation depends on Neutron.

My understanding is that there are a few broad scenarios:

  1. Bull case: Neutron launches successfully, Rocket Lab achieves reliable reusability, wins meaningful commercial/defense contracts, and becomes a credible alternative to SpaceX for medium-lift launches.
  2. Base case: Neutron works but takes longer and costs more than expected to reach reliable, economical operations. It becomes a viable launch vehicle but doesn't seriously challenge Falcon 9.
  3. Bear case: Continued delays, technical problems, or poor economics prevent Neutron from becoming commercially competitive.

For people who follow RKLB and the space industry closely: Which outcome do you think is most likely, and why?

I'm particularly interested in the technical side. How confident are you in the Archimedes engines, Neutron's reusable architecture, and Rocket Lab's ability to scale launch cadence? Are there specific milestones over the next 12–24 months you think investors should watch?

Finally, how much Neutron success do you think is already priced into RKLB's current valuation? After the recent drop, do you see the risk/reward as attractive, or is the stock still pricing in a near-best-case outcome?

Would appreciate both bull and bear perspectives.

Now that ATAI is being acquired, how are you allocating between DFTX, CMPS, GHRS and HELP? Are you still buying?

With ATAI effectively out of the game, I’m considering reallocating :

  • DFTX: I sold previously, but I’m considering re-entering around $44. Does that price still make sense given the valuation and clinical risk, or has too much future success already been priced in?
  • GHRS: Its Phase 3 program is only beginning, but the stock has already risen substantially. We also now infer GHRS wasn’t the company being sued.
  • HELP: It has the lowest valuation and potentially the greatest upside, with Phase 3 data expected later this year. However, it has been red for nearly the entire time I’ve owned it, LOL.
  • CMPS: It appears the most de-risked, with two positive Phase 3 trials and an NDA submission underway. What I don’t understand is why the market doesn’t seem to be pricing that progress in more aggressively.

Which companies are you still buying, holding or trimming—and why?
