Idk whag to do help quickly until the vet comes hes bloated abd his hooves are really warm

Dog, female, born 9.9.2019 soo 7 years idk the weight she's a small farm dog um about 5kg id say location serbia...What the title says....mom won't let me call a vet but idk I'm scared if she has any more inside that they'll cause sepsis or something...also how do i make her feel better she looks sad she's panting hut no signs of vomiting or anything.
