Has anyone dealt with the timing of an uncontested divorce in North Fulton?
My spouse and I agree the marriage is no longer working, and we dont want to turn this into a huge court fight. We agree on the divorce itself but we still have a few details to work through a debt and a final parenting plan.
My stbx and I are wondering whether we should file first and walk through the rest of the details afterward. Does it only count as uncontested in GA if we agree 100%?
We are filing in Fulton County. We want to atleast understand the process before we file the wrong way or spend more money than we care to.
