GM has invested billions in the EV plants such as the Factory Zero ($2.2B) and Cami in Canada. The resources used to bring these plants up and running was huge. Now that all these plants are nearly shut down with 2-4 Jph, I want to understand how they can recoup their investments from cutting heads with the excuse of Talent swap and Performance ratings? These salaried cuts are peanuts compared to what the leadership spend on their brilliant direction!!
