hello. just had my first urologist visit for low t after getting referred to by my PCP. waiting on second confirmation labs now, but he mentioned prescribing gel after confirmation. anyone use gel and have any luck vs injections? should I try to ask for injections instead?

I had an orchiopexy at age 7 and I’ve had symptoms of low t for awhile and my pcp finally tested me. my total was 380, free was 47.9. bioavailable was 100.9, shbg was 34. he referred me to a urologist and I got my first appointment soon. Just wondering if anyone has a similar history and what I could expect from the urologist? TRT maybe?
