Red ear slider worms? Droppings?

What are these little yellow things? They arent moving or anything but after attempting to feed Tortuga kale and some brine shrimp I checked on her today to see this.

I just found a red ear slider oustside my grandas house I need help caring for him until I can get him to a better home

Edit: To clarify since any where confused the first pictureis exactly how I found the turtle. I did not grab it from the ground she was someones pet for a unknown period of time. My apologies for the lack of clarity.

Literally came over to drop stuff off as I move out my dorm and theres just a bucket turtle at the door. Im a broke college student so affordable options would be appreciated. Im a fishkeeper so I know tap water conditioner and I know of the general turtle needs but idk how to help his bigger guy. Hes about the size of the average mans hand if I had to guess. My cousin was gonna get him from outside at the 4th of July but he'd be dead by then. I put him in the tub with a shallow and deeper end but I dont know how to make him a basking spot as I know they can eat towels and get sick.

Update: If anyone knows a reputable turtle/animal rescue in MD I could get him to Id appreciate it. If he was smaller Id be down to keep him longer but this poor thing is too big for any of my tanks
