In my early 20s and feel like I’m wasting my life doomscrolling
I’m in my early 20s and feel like I’m wasting so much time at home just doomscrolling. I keep telling myself I’ll do something productive, but hours disappear on Reddit, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
Anyone else been through this? How did you break out of it and start actually living your life?
