Hey, I am a complete newbie in running but I have to run a 800m track tommorow. I used to run with the adios 9 but I didn’t feel any boost compared to shoes like alphaflys. I was wondering which shoes should I wear tommorow to get a PR: spikes, adios9, or very good marathon shoes? btw I run around 2:50m
