Yesterday I cleared technical rounds in a it company 1 st round members and 2nd round product owner my technical interview went well and product owner impressed in my performance during hr discussion I asked for 8.5 there budget is 6.5 -7 and we have a negotiation for 10mins at the end he manager said we will get back to you and junior hr said today when I ask for update he said there is discussion between panel members and hr manager and he said "i really don't know the reason but you're hold from hr side "
