Im interested in starting FEC, Should i wait for a refresh?

So Flesh Eater Courts has caught my eyes for quite a while, but it seems some models like the Royal Zombie Dragon and the Crypt Horrors are very outdated, do you think this army is likely to get a refresh in the near future? I dont want to start an army now just to find out the models are getting outdated soon.

In your opinion, Wich factions are the toughest matchup for SoulBlight Gravelords? And the easiest?

As titled, wich factions do you struggle the most playing against? and wich ones do you think SBG counters?
