I have 5.11 yrs of experience ,my current is 17 LPA fixed with 21 LPA CTC in python sql aws and pyspark i have an offer from below

1. Deloitee USI : 23 LPA
2. IBM consultant : 23.4 LPA + 2 Lakh JB
3. TCS : 25 Fixed LPA

(I don’t want to join TCS)

1. Accenture: 23 LPA fixed + 8% JB

Currently in interview process with KPMG and cigna healthcare….?

How are the two companies… please guide me …
