This battle was the turning point in the Greco-Persian Wars. Had Xerxes not been defeated who knows how history would have changed; so dear denizens of HWif, how would things be different with this point of departure? Would Xerxes roll up the Greek states, make them all vassals, end Western Civilization or create a newer freer world. What-if?

I am sick and tired of people trying to concoct a NAZI win. Can we do something to stop all the speculation in that direction?

The result is too horrific to merit the effort

The condo that I am a director for has had garbage dropped down a ventilation shaft for the garage. The malefactors pried up a grate dumped wire a lot of insulation and metal trash in, then replaced the grate. We are filing a police report, and having the trash carted away, but is there anything else we might do?

Note 1, there's no camera vantage for this spot

Note 2, judging by the leaves and not reno waste on it, this happened sometime since last fall, maybe a month ago

Note 3, no idea who, but it's a truck bed worth of garbage. It's not a resident
