Any advice on how to transition out of call center csr jobs?

Worked for an insurance company as a csr for about 3 years and got exhausted from the stress of people being awful over the phone. Now I'm trying to transition into admin roles or receptionist roles, but everywhere I apply, I'm not taken seriously due to having no past admin experience even after pointing out transferable skills like organization, communication and documentation. I've have a bachelors degree in Info Science. If given the chance I definitely can handle admin/receptionist roles but no one is willing to. I do see some entry lvl receptionist roles that are paying low, I mean dirt low to the point If I apply and get the job, I won't be able to fully afford rent and bills. These receptionist roles are paying like 20-30k annually while my previous role was paying close to 40k. I honestly don't wanna go back to pure csr roles again but I'm running out of savings as I apply and wait for admin jobs or receptionist roles to come by that pay somewhat decently. Any advice on what should I do? Should I undervalue myself and just go for lower paying roles to gather some experience?

Mentally debilitated because I can't find a job.

Looking for admin roles after moving away from a regular csr position at an insurance comp. Too many companies/businesses want experience in "their" particular admin field and don't care about people who are transitioning from a different role with transferable experience. On top that the companies that do wanna hire, pay like crap while putting tons of responsibilities. I've been looking for work for like 2 months now, I received 100s of rejection emails and only had 2 interviews, where they wanted me to work for less pay like wtf (their wage expectation didn't match mine), you want me to take up lots of responsibilities and pay me like dirt. I am at a point now that I've stopped eating and sleeping. I no longer have the appetite and I can no longer sleep, because I feel like I might lose out on an opportunity to find a job. I'm anxiously looking at different job platforms and applying for every admin job where they don't mention about requiring past admin experience. Also, I keep regretting about the times I asked for better wages to the comps that interviewed me, I feel like I'd be hired by now if I had just undervalued myself. So much regrets. Any advice?
