Can we all agree on a name for this set. I suggest “TVA”but others ideas are welcome

Looking for Japanese version
Going though some Italian sets and found this card. I can usually find the Japanese version with identical artwork but I’m hitting a wall here. Any of you experts out there know where the jp version might be found?
