What's the story behind this 22 Karat Gold Trophy Card?
I saw this chain floating around by the same guy that bought the Illustrator Pikachu for a couple Million $. Has anybody more infos on this card?

So I have never had any cards repaired or cleaned, I usually just give them a quick wipe with a microfibre, send them off and whatever grades are the grades are… I have two of these 1 I’m in for 680 the other I’m in for 980.
Do I send it to Somwbody to clean up and risk and altered? Or do I just send them raw?
You’d figure it would be the opposite. But eBay is full of the rare cards. If I want a non rare card chances are there are no listings
Just saw that a One Piece vending machine display - first stage sold for around 10k US.
Most of these Japanese vending displays were either destroyed over the years, or had the bottom section cut from below after use. Finding these today have been incredibly difficult to find.
These vending displays can be authenticated by CGC. A very cool piece of OP history! I like that it’s also got the luffy c01 rookie at the front too.
Know there was tons of steals previously but is there still undervalued vintage now? Seems everyone is catching on shortly after modern boomed
The card on the right has thicker text, the picture also looks a little bit more reddish. On the backs, the cards look identical. I bought a lot of oldschool cards in the last few months, and this card on the right is the only one among hundreds that looks off. The other cards from the same seller all looked legitimate. Could there be variety in the printing or did I buy a fake? Only cost me 2€, so it wouldn't be a huge tragedy, but I assumed these cards weren't really counterfeited yet. Especially not the german ones.
A couple of huge vintage OP sales from the 2005 One Piece - The Quest Begins set today.
There is definitely a lot more eyeballs and big collectors/money joining this space!
Looks like it’s doing well these days.
Average $20 per piece.
1/2 First Stage binder.
Not For Sale.
Back into the closet you go.
I’ll open it again in a year.
2008 V Jump Fiesta - Goku/Luffy/Naruto - PSA 9
Just a cool looking card 💪
Wanted to get peoples thoughts on who to grade with for One Piece vintage and does it matter? Because I have some I want to get graded like the AR Formation Carddass cards.
Some are for my pc and some I am looking to hold and sell off when needed. Thoughts?
which y’all think is the rarest one?
Hi everyone,
I just bought this complete WonderSwan Color One Piece: Rainbow Island Legend set for €40.
The lot includes:
-Original box
-Cartridge
-Manuals/inserts
-Original S-W1 Straw Hat Pirates promo card
The card looks extremely clean to me, with sharp corners and no obvious whitening, but I haven’t seen it in hand yet.
From what I’ve been able to find, this seems to be one of the earliest One Piece promo cards released around 2001/2002 and tied to the WonderSwan game.
I’m curious about a few things:
-How rare is the S-W1 promo card nowadays?
-Is this considered a desirable piece among vintage One Piece collectors?
-Do you think it’s worth grading if the condition is as good as it appears?
-What would you estimate the value of the complete set and the card separately?
-Long term, do you see early WonderSwan promos becoming more sought after as One Piece continues to grow?
I’d love to hear opinions from collectors who know the early Carddass / Hyper Battle / WonderSwan era better than I do.
Thanks!
