Acquired in a trade with someone claiming she bought from Target.

Hve a deal to purchase from a reseller however I am not familiar with the red flags for look for on the gummy bear. Can anyone help here please ?

Bought this nice berg swirl yesterday from my local toy store. I have no doubt it's authentic as they have had new drops every few weeks in recent months. Hundreds of customers were in line The box check out, maltose, warning labels etc.. The nice berg is very, very soft and almost seems under filled . Within seconds of squishing the roof caves in. This is not unique to just one side. Is this how nice bergs typically are, or did I get a dud? It's unfortunate because the coloring is awesome. Haven't had this issue with any other cube TBH it's so soft it's not all that enjoyable to play with. I placed it in the refrigerator but it didn't help.
