Did most people find they did just liquids for a bit after the procedure when they experienced slow swallow, or did people eat solids right away and continue to? What was better?

Those who have gone with Bastian voice institute, how long from calling to actually booking the procedure (under GA, not in office)

Anthem has denied the procedure. If I were to go see Dr Bastian, would he do just the procedure given I’ve already seen an ENT and been diagnosed. Or would I have to do step 1 (diagnoses) and 2 (procedure with him)
