Hi y'all,

Just here to express appreciation for this group. Not only am I successfully managing mine and my husband's portfolio, I also had the knowledge and confidence to reorganize my 80 year old mother's portfolio at Edward Jones. She's keeping the advisor out of comfort, but we've drastically simplified her portfolio while getting those expense ratios way down. No more expensive mutual funds or "bridge builder" funds! Her risk profile is now much more in line with her age and needs.

Just feeling very proud to support her in this way, and to have confidence in this area that most young (ish 😉 ) women do not.
